Growing up without the influence of his mother, Saki is raised under the dominating presence of his father, his mother’s murderer, Oroku Nagi. While life is not easy with his father, Saki loves and respects him dearly. After Hamato Yoshi kills Nagi for his criminal advances on Tang Shen, Yoshi’s new bride, Saki is left without a home, and his world is consumed by darkness. In the years to come, Saki’s heart blackens with hate until he finally realizes his true destiny: to seek out and kill Yoshi for the stain of dishonor he placed upon the Oroku family. To accomplish this, Saki seeks to become the greatest Ninja warrior Japan has ever seen, and in doing so, succeeds with a vengeance.
